Mai Tai Cupcakes: A mai tai flavored cupcake with a pineapple mousse in the center topped with a buttercream, lemon slice, and cherry garnish.
Hummingbird Cake - Cinnamon vanilla cake with coconut, pecans and pineapple. This cream cheese icing is topped with coconut pecan frosting and a handmade hummingbird.
